STORE POLICY

SHIPPING

As each pair of our crystallised shoes are uniquely made for you, we rarely have a pair in stock for immediate dispatch.

However, we understand how eager you are to have your shoes as soon as possible as so therefore we aim to have your bespoke shoes completed within 1-2 weeks. 

Most of the time, we get your shoes ready to be shipped within 7 days of ordering.

Shipping within the UK takes 1-2 days.

We ship via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked

International shipping can take 7-10 business days

We ship with Royal Mail International Tracked.

Sometimes parcels can take a little longer due to customs. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Whilst our shoes and bags are all made to order, they are not personalised so you are eligible for a refund or exchange should you change your mind. However, please take into consideration that many hours and materials go into creating everyone of our products, time that is irreplaceable.

If you wish to return your shoes because they do not fit how you'd expect, or do not match something you wish to wear them with, we request a picture of the soles and shoe themselves to ensure they have not been worn anywhere but a soft carpet or rug.

If we believe they have been worn and the paint is considerably chipped or diamantes have been knocked off (or something has made them damaged), you will NOT be eligible for a refund or replacement. 

This also applies to bags and other accessories. If they are needing repair or are not re-saleable, you will also not be eligible.

You have up to 14 days to contact us should you change your mind and want a replacement or refund. 

If you contact us outside of these time, unfortunately we cannot replace or refund.

We do not offer free shipping labels for returns or exchanges.

WE DO NOT REFUND UNTIL THE ITEM/S HAVE BEEN RETURNED AND RECEIVED, THEY ARE THEN INSPECTED TO CHECK THEY ARE RE-SALEABLE.

If the item is faulty, you will be asked to send photos for us to assess the damage and occasionally we will ask you to send the product back so we can use it for our own experience. We will pay for this shipping if the item is faulty.

​

Please note that some soles are painted and the paint will chip off without sole protectors or care and this does not make the product faulty. Most designs are only painted up to the ball of the foot so that the paint lasts longer. 

Occasionally the odd rhinestone will come off due to knocks and general wear, again this does not make them faulty. 

We now include extra rhinestones should you accidentally knock any off.

Information I collect: To complete your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised to provide to me), such as your name, email address, address, payment information and the details of the product you're ordering. You may also provide me with additional information if you contact me directly.

I rely on several legal bases to collect, use and share your information, including;
-as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to complete your order, settle disputes, or to provide customer support.
-if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.

I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstanced as follows;
-Service providers. I use trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information (name and delivery address) with these third parties but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
-Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain and share your information if needed to : respond to a legal process or to government requests, enforce my agreements, terms and policies, prevent, investigate, address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues. And to protect the rights, property and safety of my customers or others.

I only keep your information for as long as legally needed to, usually 4 years.

When accessing your details, I use only 2 devices and both are password protected to my website account and also those devices are password protected/fingerprint protected.

Your rights:
-Access. You may request access to receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you (you can request this by contacting me below).
-Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Apart from circumstances where I am required to keep your information for legal reasons, I will delete your personal information upon request.
-Object. You have the right to object to receiving marketing messages from me - however, I do not send them out. If you have added an item to your cart and not bought, you may receive a discount coupon.
-Complain. If you live in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information, you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
